How long it takes
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details where available.
Orders with several items
Our products are sent from different suppliers, so items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will put it right. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
