2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website by a consumer in the United Kingdom. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
3. Our products
Product images are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Measurements are approximate and, unless stated otherwise, external. Please check each product’s weight limit and size guidance before you buy, to make sure it suits your pet.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
If we discover a clear pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Your order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet acceptance. Our contract with you starts when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and timescales are explained on our Delivery Information page. Items are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive it, without giving a reason. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, a price reduction or refund.
9. Using our products safely
Always follow the product guidance. Stay within the stated weight limits, supervise your pet while they are in a carrier or tethered, never leave your pet unattended in a carrier, and attach car tethers and carrier safety clips to a harness rather than a collar. Check products regularly for wear and stop using any item that is damaged.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer. Our products are for domestic and private use. We are not liable for business losses.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
